Troy Moves Fast. Your Porch Doesn't Have To Wait.
Troy is Oakland County's largest and busiest city, full of dual-income households, corporate professionals, and families whose schedules are packed from August through November. A pumpkin farm run doesn't fit that calendar. Our concierge service fits around your life: you book, we deliver, design, and install while you're at the office or handling everything else.
We serve Troy's established communities throughout, from Sylvan Glen and Boulan Park to neighborhoods along Big Beaver, Square Lake, and Wattles Road, and subdivisions across all of Troy's 33 square miles. Your home gets a display that looks like you had a lot of time you didn't have. For community events and city services, visit the City of Troy's official website.
Troy runs on two-income schedules and packed weekends. Our concierge model fits around your calendar. You book once, we handle the rest. No trips to a farm, no hauling, no arranging.
Troy's housing ranges from townhomes near Coolidge and Maple to executive homes in Sylvan Glen. Our five displays scale from a focused front-door display all the way to a full estate installation, with the right fit for every Troy home.
No pumpkin farm runs, no hauling, no cleanup. We deliver, design, and return for removal. Everything handled while you focus on what matters.
Troy covers more than 33 square miles, one of the largest cities in Oakland County, which means the housing stock varies significantly. The older neighborhoods between Crooks and Rochester Road tend toward established colonials and ranches with wide front yards. The communities along the Big Beaver corridor and toward the Somerset Collection include newer executive builds with grand entries, covered porches, and long driveways where scale matters.
Sylvan Glen and Boulan Park are among Troy's most sought-after neighborhoods. Homes here are maintained to a high standard, neighbors notice each other's properties, and a professionally designed porch display is exactly the kind of thing residents notice and mention. The investment in a good fall display pays off the same way landscaping does: you feel it every time you pull in the driveway, and so does everyone else.
For Troy families juggling school schedules, work travel, and everything else October brings, Detroit Pumpkin Company removes one item from the list entirely. Book by summer, done.
