Order texts

If you place an order and give us a mobile number, we text you about that order: your confirmation, your Porch Portal link, scheduling, delivery-day updates, and removal reminders. These texts come from (586) 207-0278.

Marketing texts

If you check the box that says you want texts from us, we may send occasional marketing texts, such as when booking opens for the next season or a referral reminder. These texts come from (248) 487-1178 and may be sent with automated technology. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

Giveaway texts

If you entered one of our giveaways with a mobile number, follow-up texts about that giveaway come from (947) 219-1900.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any text to stop texts from that number.
• Reply HELP for help, call (586) 207-0278, or email hello@detroitpumpkinco.com.
• You may receive one text confirming your opt-out.
• Opting out of marketing texts does not stop order texts. To stop order texts too, reply STOP to an order text or email us.
• If you ask us to stop in other words, such as "please stop texting me," we will process your request within 10 business days.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your phone number or text opt-in with other companies for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these SMS Terms and will post the new effective date here.
