If any pumpkin in your display shows signs of premature rot within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll replace it or compensate you for it. Pumpkins are a natural product and no two are exactly alike, but we hand-select every one and stand behind the quality of what we put on your porch.
After 30 days, pumpkins naturally begin their seasonal cycle and are outside the coverage window. Damage from squirrels, deer, or other animals is not covered. Carved or altered pumpkins are not covered.
The Love It Guarantee covers your display design: how it looks, how it's arranged, how it feels on your porch. The 30-Day Freshness Promise covers the pumpkins themselves against premature rot. Together they cover the two things that matter most about a porch display.
We can't guarantee exact pumpkin sizes or varieties since we work with fresh seasonal product, but we can always adjust and restyle your arrangement if the result isn't what you had in mind.
