If your display isn't what you envisioned, tell us. We'll schedule a return visit and restyle, rearrange, or redo it, at no additional cost.
One return visit
We bring options to one return restyle visit: more variety, different placement, or a new arrangement. The guarantee is a restyle, not a refund, and it covers design and arrangement within the display you bought.
How to use it
Contact us within 30 days of your install at hello@detroitpumpkinco.com or through our contact page, with a photo if you can. Tell us what you'd like to change and we'll be in touch to schedule your return visit.
The 30-Day Freshness Promise
If a pumpkin doesn't make it, we will
If any pumpkin in your display shows signs of premature rot within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo and we'll replace it with a comparable pumpkin, at no cost, in one replacement visit per order, reported within 30 days of install. If seasonal supply has run out, we'll give you a credit toward a future season instead. This promise is honored by replacement, not cash. Pumpkins are a natural product and no two are exactly alike, but we hand-select every one and stand behind the quality of what we put on your porch.
What's not covered
After 30 days, pumpkins naturally begin their seasonal cycle and are outside the coverage window. Damage from squirrels, deer, or other animals is not covered. Carved or altered pumpkins are not covered.
A few notes on both guarantees
The Love It Guarantee covers your display design: how it looks, how it's arranged, how it feels on your porch. The 30-Day Freshness Promise covers the pumpkins themselves against premature rot.
We can't guarantee exact pumpkin sizes or varieties since we work with fresh seasonal product, but we can always adjust and restyle your arrangement if the result isn't what you had in mind.
You can cancel any order for a full refund within 3 business days of purchase. After that, all sales are final, including gifted displays. Both guarantees are our commitment to make things right with a restyle or a replacement, not a refund or cash. See our full refund policy for details.
