At Detroit Pumpkin Company, we custom-prepare each order to create a beautiful seasonal display. Because our products are seasonal and sourced in advance from farm partners, all sales are final.
That said, your experience means everything to us. We’ll always do our best to ensure you're satisfied and have a positive experience with our service.
No Refunds or Returns
Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes:
Changes of mind after purchase
Schedule conflicts or address changes
Weather-related delays outside of our control

Order Issues
If you believe there was an issue with your delivery (such as missing or damaged items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and address the situation as best we can.
