Rochester Hills in October. Your Porch Should Match.
Rochester Hills is one of the most naturally beautiful communities in Oakland County. Paint Creek Trail winds through established neighborhoods, Stoney Creek Metropark sits next door, and the mature tree canopies peak in October. When the landscape is already doing the work, your porch should match. Detroit Pumpkin Company delivers a professionally designed display that belongs in a place this beautiful.
We serve the full Rochester Hills area: the Hamlin Road and Tienken corridors, communities near Oakland University, and the established subdivisions closer to Paint Creek. We also cover neighboring Rochester, so whether you're near downtown or in a newer development, we're your team. For community resources, visit the City of Rochester Hills official website.
In Rochester Hills, October is already spectacular: the trail corridors, the tree canopy, the light. A professionally designed porch display fits that setting. A few grocery-store pumpkins do not.
Whether you're in Rochester Hills' newer subdivisions, the established neighborhoods near Paint Creek, or historic downtown Rochester, we serve both communities with the same level of care.
Every display is finished when the crew walks away. No adjusting, no rearranging. Come home to something that looks like it took time you didn't have to spend.
Rochester Hills has two distinct residential characters. The neighborhoods closest to Paint Creek Trail and downtown Rochester, many built in the 1970s and 80s, tend toward colonials and traditional ranches with classic porch layouts: front steps, centered entry, symmetrical facade. These homes respond well to traditional arrangements with warm tones, classic gourds, and displays that lean into the season without trying to compete with the architecture.
The newer developments along Tienken Road, Hamlin, and Adams tend toward more contemporary construction: open facades, modern entries, wider garage fronts. These homes benefit from a different approach: more sculptural, unexpected variety, displays that feel intentional rather than traditional. Our designers read the home before they plan the display, which is why the result looks right instead of just full.
The Paint Creek Trail corridor also means this community is genuinely active. Residents are outside, walking and biking, throughout October. Your porch isn't just seen from the driveway, and that visibility is worth designing for.

"DPC did a great job! Everyone that came over commented how beautiful it was. They were quick, efficient, and even took away the pumpkins after the season was over. Would highly recommend hiring them."

We keep pricing simple in Rochester Hills with five displays: Sprout ($485), Vine ($625), Patch ($850), Grand Harvest ($1,350), and Heritage ($2,800). The traditional colonials near Paint Creek tend to suit the Vine or Patch, while the newer builds along Tienken and Adams often call for the Grand Harvest. Delivery, on-site design and installation, and end-of-season removal in November are included with every display. Heritage is a fully bespoke installation available by consultation.
Yes. We deliver and install pumpkin porch displays throughout Rochester Hills, including the Hamlin Road and Tienken Road corridors, neighborhoods near Oakland University, and the established subdivisions along Paint Creek Trail. We also serve neighboring Rochester. Delivery, design, installation, and end-of-season removal are all included.
Booking for the 2026 season is open now. We accept only 250 displays per season. Once those reservations are booked, that's the season. We recommend reserving early if you have a preferred delivery week.
