At Detroit Pumpkin Company, each order is custom-prepared with care to create a beautiful and timely seasonal display. Due to the seasonal nature of our products and the effort involved in preparing each delivery, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. This includes:

  • Changes of mind after purchase

  • Unused items

  • Schedule conflicts or address changes

  • Weather-related delays outside of our control

Order Issues

If you believe there was an issue with your delivery (such as missing or damaged items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and address the situation as best we can.
